Overview:
An appreciation will be given of the financial costs of an organisation's absence levels as a forerunner to developing an improvement plan. The programme will show how to cost absence levels and how to analyse and measure absence levels and patterns in order to prioritise actions. Communication and employee involvement at all levels will be explored as well as the relevant law.
