APPROACH TO TRAINING & LEARNING
Our approach to learning, wherever possible, is based on individuals tackling real work based problems and developing improvement plans. The individual is supported in scoping the problem, taking ownership of it and sharing with colleagues opportunities for resolving the issues. Colleagues may be from other organisations in an open programme, or from other areas of the organisation in an in-company programme, but either way, the principle is problem-solving with collegiate support.
